Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to navigate the workspace freely and fulfill operational needs. Responsibilities include guest request management, completing required reports, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading, and transporting luggage to designated areas. The role demands consistent adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, upholding confidentiality, protecting assets, ensuring safety, and maintaining high quality service standards.

Physical and Work Environment Demands

The job involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking; navigating narrow or confined spaces; ascending and descending stairs or ramps. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds independently or up to 100 pounds with help, as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum education of High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification needed.

Additional Information

The position is classified as non-management and is based at Rigga Al Buteen St in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full-time schedule is required with on-site presence.
