Job description
Role Overview
As a Guest Arrival Expert, your primary responsibility is to ensure guests receive an exceptional impression upon arrival and departure, making their entire stay memorable. This role involves proactively offering a suite of services that assist guests throughout their arrival and exit processes, creating a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking initiative to deliver various guest services including managing operational tasks, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Facilitating check-in and check-out processes smoothly, ensuring guests feel valued and guided.
- Providing helpful insights about local attractions and highlights to guests as part of their experience.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor in communications and personal presentation standards.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, confidentiality protocols, and maintaining the protection of company property.
- Physically capable of frequent movement, including standing, sitting, or walking for long periods and handling objects up to 50 pounds alone or heavier items with assistance.
- Fulfilling other reasonable duties as assigned, contributing positively to both guest satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- A valid Ugandan national driving license is mandatory.
- No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required, making it suitable for entry-level candidates.
