Graphic Designer

Job Objective

We seek a talented and meticulous Graphic Designer to create captivating visual materials supporting our brand, marketing initiatives, digital channels, product communications, and internal needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create innovative visual content for social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram, websites, brochures, catalogs, posters, and advertisements.
• Develop product-oriented creative assets such as presentations, banners, standees, packaging designs, and promotional material.
• Ensure all designs comply with company branding and visual identity standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product departments to fulfill design purposes.
• Edit and improve product images, photos, and promotional visuals.
• Design creative materials for product launches, events, exhibitions, campaigns, and communications to dealers and customers.
• Produce professional PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Liaise with external printing vendors and agencies as needed.
• Organize and maintain design assets, templates, files, and artwork repositories.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and/or Canva.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding concepts.
• Experience in designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics are advantageous.
• Creative mindset combined with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual communication.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently handle multiple projects.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related disciplines.

Preferred Industry Experience

Exposure to manufacturing, construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, FMCG, or B2B sectors is advantageous.

Additional Information

Location: Pandesara, Surat, Gujarat, India.
Employment: Full-time role.
Salary: INR 18,000 to 22,000 per month.
