Graphic Designer & Advertising Content Creator

About the Role

Afaq Al-Akhyar Trading Company is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their Marketing and E-Commerce team based in Riyadh. The selected candidate will develop compelling visual content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies, aiming to boost product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create advertisements and social media posts across a variety of sizes and formats.
• Design visuals for marketing initiatives, seasonal deals, and new product launches.
• Prepare imagery for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Perform image retouching, improve quality, remove backgrounds, and adjust color and lighting.
• Seamlessly integrate product images into realistic marketing scenarios without altering their authentic appearance.
• Design banners, category pages, and promotional sections for websites and online shops.
• Adapt created designs to multiple social media formats including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Ensure consistency with brand visual identities, including color schemes, typography, and logos.
• Develop innovative visual concepts for products and marketing campaigns.
• Produce designs for print media and prepare print-ready files according to specifications.
• Organize and archive editable files, source materials, and visual assets for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, E-Commerce, and Content teams, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently while respecting publishing schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• One to three years of experience in advertising design or social media content creation.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong capabilities in product image editing, background removal, photo compositing, and advanced retouching.
• Excellent grasp of visual composition, color theory, lighting, Arabic typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Flexibility in creating diverse visual styles and managing multiple brand identities.
• Knowledgeable about dimensions and technical standards required for social networks, e-commerce, and print mediums.
• A professional and varied portfolio is essential.
• Ability to work swiftly and precisely while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open to constructive feedback and effective team collaboration.
• Attentive to detail and dedicated to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Additional Expertise

• Fundamentals of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for video editing and motion graphics.
• Ability to produce brief promotional videos and animations.
• Experience designing product photos tailored for platforms like Salla, Noon, and Amazon.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools to aid creative processes.
• Basic photography and product image editing skills.
• Experience with 3D design techniques.

Job Details

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Monthly Salary Range: SAR 3000 to 3500, depending on experience and portfolio quality.
