Role Overview

This full-time position, based at the Mumbai office, centers on crafting premium motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product launches, presentations, and branded content. Core duties include conceptualizing visual ideas, creating storyboards, designing assets, producing animations, and collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and video production teams. Responsibilities also cover prepping files for video production, assuring brand guideline consistency, and optimizing content across diverse platforms and formats. The Motion Designer will actively contribute to creative brainstorming, keep workflows organized, and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced expertise in motion design and motion graphics tailored for digital and video content.
• Proficient in animation techniques and storyboarding, capable of translating ideas into clear visual storytelling.
• Experience with video production tasks such as asset preparation, timing coordination, and working with production teams.
• Skilled with industry-standard software including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Holder of a diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related disciplines, or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Possession of a strong portfolio demonstrating motion design across varied formats and platforms.
• Excellent communication abilities, receptive to feedback, and effective in collaborative cross-functional environments.
• Organized work approach with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines onsite in Mumbai.
