B·U·T Dubai seeks an accomplished Motion Graphics Designer to join a skilled team working on projects for Fortune 500 companies. Collaborate with global colleagues across four offices to maintain the company's status as a leader in cutting-edge, innovative user experiences. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. Main Responsibilities

• Adhere to brand guidelines ensuring consistent visual style across videos and animations.
• Edit and enhance video footage and 3D renders by adding transitions, visual effects, sound, and music layers.
• Manage concurrent projects efficiently, meeting deadlines independently without constant supervision.
• Incorporate team feedback to refine and elevate work quality continuously.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with the team about project status, progress updates, and potential challenges.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements to produce modern, polished content.
• Organize project files meticulously and share assets in ways that facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Support the creative team by contributing ideas and assisting on shared projects, especially when under tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
• Think holistically about projects, understanding broader creative concepts and goals.
• Maintain punctuality and precision, delivering on commitments consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in motion graphics, compositing, and storytelling through visuals.
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles, typography animation, and video editing techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with 3D and particle plugins such as Element 3D and Trapcode.
• Comprehensive experience in motion graphics, video/audio editing, post-production, and visual effects across various digital and large-scale media.
• In-depth knowledge of encoding, format conversion, and media optimization for large LED displays, web platforms, broadcast, and social media.
• Proven experience creating motion content tailored for interactive platforms such as mobile UI, virtual reality, and augmented reality environments.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and technical requirements for multiple output channels.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse motion design projects spanning branding, storytelling, and immersive digital experiences.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality professional content suitable for large LED walls.
• Experience with media servers and their file formats, including Watchout and Disguise systems.
