Graphic Designer

About the Role

Whizz HR is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer based in Pune. The role is focused on creating visual content for diverse platforms to support marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual content for social media posts, LinkedIn hiring creatives, banners, and advertisements.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email creatives.
• Support branding activities for both internal and external communications.
• Modify and resize creatives according to specific platform standards.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, recruitment, and business development teams to fulfill design requirements.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design outputs.
• Contribute to basic video editing or motion graphics tasks when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography and color theory.
• Familiarity with social media design specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Capability to manage deadlines and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
