Role Introduction
The Sales Development Representative at Sitemate focuses on qualifying and directing inbound leads through two main channels: self-service and inside sales. The role requires active communication with prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools like Slack and Salesforce. Success is assessed by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with the current team consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and route inbound leads via self-service and inside sales channels
- Engage with prospects primarily through phone, email, live chat, and internal communication tools
- Achieve quotas measured by number of product demos booked and completed
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets in a structured KPI-driven environment

Salary Details
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): A$85,000 to A$110,000 including superannuation
- Base Salary Range: A$60,000 to A$70,000
- Commission Component: A$25,000 to A$40,000
