Program Overview
We invite graduates passionate about innovation, sustainability, and problem-solving to join our Wellington team. Our two-year Graduate Program is designed to cultivate and support the early phases of your consulting engineering career. We recruit across several engineering disciplines, including Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, and Mechatronic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the success of projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports and drawings.
- Adhere to industry standards and maintain quality assurance processes.
- Collect and analyse engineering data to aid decision-making and project outcomes.
- Assist Senior Engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
Qualifications and Candidate Attributes
- Available to commence in February 2027.
- Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong enthusiasm for tackling complex engineering problems.
- Legal right to live and work full-time in New Zealand.
