Role Overview

As a Global Total Rewards Partner within Group People at DNV, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the company's global compensation strategy. The focus of this position is primarily on compensation, contributing to the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain talent internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted expert and advisor on compensation, incentives, and total rewards.
  • Develop and continuously improve DNV’s compensation philosophy, frameworks, and policies.
  • Lead the executive compensation process and manage preparations for the Compensation Committee.
  • Oversee the global annual salary review process.
  • Govern and support the creation of global employee incentive programs.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and transformation projects related to DNV’s Total Rewards agenda.
  • Stay informed on market trends, reward practices, and regulatory changes worldwide.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to implement consistent global total rewards practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards within a global setting.
  • Proven track record in designing enterprise-wide incentive schemes.
  • Preferred experience with executive compensation or board/committee support processes.
  • Proficiency in English; Norwegian language skills are advantageous.
