This is a unique opportunity to join our Global Graduate Finance Programme based in Suva. The programme fast-tracks talented graduates to managerial roles over 18 months through an intensive, cross-functional development initiative that includes international exposure.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field with a minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00.
- Final year students, recent graduates, or professionals with up to two years relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven academic excellence and leadership through extracurricular involvement.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team-building and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, resilient, self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness and ability to be globally mobile.
