Generative AI Designer

Role Overview

This opportunity is offered through a partner company seeking a Generative AI Designer based in the United Arab Emirates. The key responsibility is producing a large amount of photorealistic visual content by utilizing state-of-the-art generative AI technologies.

You will merge AI-created images and videos with expert manual retouching techniques to achieve superior realism. This role merges aspects of innovative design, image production, prompt engineering, and simple automation.

Working collaboratively with creative teams, you will craft visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Emphasis is placed on preserving consistent quality, realistic appearance, composition, and visual style across extensive asset collections.

Additionally, you will contribute to defining standards and streamlined workflows for AI supported image creation and editing. The position offers full remote work and avenues to explore new generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce large volumes of photorealistic images and videos with generative AI platforms.
• Manually refine and enhance AI-generated visuals through advanced retouching to reach photography-grade realism.
• Develop simple scripts and automations for efficient batch processing of images.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to align visual outputs with brand and campaign strategies.
• Maintain uniformity in visual quality, composition, realism, and style across assets.
• Stay updated on advances in AI image generation, editing technology, and innovative creative workflows.
• Create and uphold internal guidelines governing image realism, editing standards, and best practices in AI-assisted production.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Advanced proficiency in photo editing and retouching software such as Photoshop or similar.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lighting, shadows, textures, composition, and factors contributing to visual realism.
• Experience with image detection techniques and approaches apt for handling AI-generated content.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI workflows, and constraints of AI models.
• Capability to fuse creative insight with technical experimentation within a high-volume production environment.
• Experience or knowledge in vibe coding or lightweight coding for creative automation is a plus but not mandatory.
