Key Responsibilities

• Offer welcoming and professional customer assistance—greet shoppers, help select products, promote items and services, guide purchase choices, and address or escalate queries.
• Maintain coverage across assigned sales floor sections and assist at checkout areas when necessary, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
• Keep prescribed areas neat and organized by zoning, relocating featured items to designated spots, and processing customer and other recovery merchandise.
• Manage stocking operations such as replenishment, downstocking, applying product protection, and executing modular setups including flexible modules and new shelf caps.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Adapt availability to work various shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—as required to support business operations and maintain excellent customer service.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Handle high workloads efficiently during busy overnight shifts by planning to maintain focus and energy.
• Manage fast-paced, high-volume restocking and recovery tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Carry out repetitive tasks including stocking, zoning, and organizing products consistently to meet store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
