Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service by greeting customers, guiding product choices, promoting offerings, assisting with locating items, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or escalating concerns.
• Maintain coverage across assigned sales floor areas and assist at Front End when needed, communicating with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Keep assigned zones tidy and orderly, relocate featured merchandise to correct locations, and process returned or recovered stock.
• Perform stocking duties including replenishing merchandise, downstocking, applying product protection, setting modular displays, and installing shelf caps as required.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace by adhering to company policies, performing safety checks, and securing fixtures and displays.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands dictate.

Challenges in the Role

• Manage high task volumes efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, by organizing work to stay focused and energetic.
• Carry out physically demanding activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs., along with repetitive tasks requiring consistent attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $20.01.
