• Cover designated sales floor areas and assist with Front End duties when needed; maintain constant communication with team members to ensure continuous floor presence and meet customer needs.
• Organize assigned sales floor areas by zoning to keep the space clean and orderly; reposition feature merchandise to appropriate locations and manage recovery merchandise processing from customer service and other store sections.
• Perform stocking tasks and fulfill modular setups, including handling flex modulars and installing new shelf caps; apply product protection methods whenever required.
• Adhere to company policies ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business demands to help maintain smooth store operations and consistent customer service quality.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Manage a high volume of tasks proficiently within a fast-paced setting, especially during overnight shifts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in restocking and recovery activities.
• Maintain physical stamina for duties requiring prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs., along with executing repetitive stocking and organizing activities that demand attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $15.50.
