Job Overview
Joining Walmart Canada as a night stock associate offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail operations. This role involves supporting shelf replenishment, setting up displays, and maintaining store presentation during night shifts. It is an ideal position for individuals who are well-organized, able to work independently, and attentive to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
- Position featured items and enhance their appeal through signage or display elements.
- Unload various types of merchandise shipments.
- Transport merchandise pallets within the sales area for night team processing.
- Assist with stocking activities on the sales floor as needed and provide customer service when required.
- Label merchandise on the sales floor before the store opens.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and unobstructed work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety scan logs and ensuring displays are securely installed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
