Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of restaurant operations, including food preparation, guest experience, and direction of crew members and managers
• Lead people management functions such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance improvement
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to team members
• Make strategic business decisions related to inventory control, budgeting, and ordering to manage food costs effectively
• Ensure strict adherence to McDonald's food safety standards and protocols
• Maintain and enforce high standards for the safety of guests and employees
• Manage all operational elements including facility maintenance to uphold company quality benchmarks

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of leadership experience in managing, motivating, or developing employees, or equivalent US Military service
• A strong dedication to excellent customer service and workplace safety practices
• Effective communication skills to anticipate and meet customer needs
• Capability to provide prompt solutions and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
