About the Role
This position is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding and products but independently manages all employment matters, including hiring and employee relations. McDonald's USA does not participate in any employment decisions or receive applicants’ information.
The General Manager will lead the restaurant to profitability by ensuring high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are consistently met. They will collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and devise plans to reach them. The role requires managing a team of Department Managers, guiding them to set goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching for continuous improvement. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team is also part of this position.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates possess prior General Manager experience managing fast-paced, high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
