About the Role
This position is with a restaurant licensed by McDonald's but operated independently by a franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters including hiring, supervision, and staffing are the sole responsibility of the franchisee.
Job Overview
As a General Manager, you will be accountable for managing a profitable restaurant operation while ensuring adherence to McDonald's strict quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Your leadership will drive the development and achievement of restaurant goals in collaboration with your leader.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support Department Managers by helping them set objectives, monitor their progress, and provide coaching to enhance their departments.
- Recruit, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong management team for the future.
- Maintain high operational standards across quality, service, and cleanliness to meet company benchmarks.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants or strong backgrounds in hospitality or retail are highly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
