This position is for a restaurant managed by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment-related activities such as hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure profitability while upholding McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement goals for the restaurant.
• Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by helping set department goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to enhance performance.
• Recruit and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for the future.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial roles in corporate-operated McDonald’s locations.
