About the Role
This position is with an independent franchise operation licensed to use McDonald's branding and products, separate from McDonald's USA which does not oversee employment decisions or processes. The franchisee is solely responsible for hiring, staffing, discipline, supervision, and all employment matters.
Job Summary
As a General Manager, you will lead the management team and direct restaurant operations to achieve financial goals while upholding McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, you'll set objectives and develop strategic plans to meet these targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage Department Managers by helping them set departmental goals, monitoring progress, coaching, and providing guidance to improve restaurant performance. You'll also be involved in recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have prior experience as a General Manager in a high-volume location, preferably within quick service restaurants or related sectors like hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
