About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager to lead a corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee in Gonzales, LA. The General Manager will be instrumental in managing restaurant profitability while upholding McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a motivated team, achieving business objectives, and cultivating leadership within a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure financial success and compliance with McDonald's standards.
- Collaborate with your superior to establish and implement goals and strategic plans for the restaurant.
- Lead and guide Department Managers, supporting them in goal setting, tracking progress, and enhancing their departments' performance through coaching and direction.
- Recruit, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for long-term success.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager managing high-volume quick service restaurants, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this management position.
