Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-volume restaurant ensuring profitability.
• Maintain McDonald's critical standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at a consistently high level.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Direct and support Department Managers by aiding in goal-setting, monitoring progress, and offering constructive coaching.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for sustainable operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a General Manager in fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurants is highly desirable.
• Relevant background in hospitality or retail sectors is also considered valuable.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to manage in corporate-owned establishments.
