This role is for a restaurant managed by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's brand assets but operating separately from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, staffing, supervision, and all HR matters are handled solely by the franchisee.
Position Summary
The General Manager is accountable for running a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Partnering with leadership, the role involves goal-setting and strategy implementation to meet business targets.
Leadership & Team Management
The General Manager leads Department Managers responsible for specific areas within the restaurant. Responsibilities include setting departmental objectives, monitoring progress, coaching teams, and nurturing managerial talent to ensure a strong leadership pipeline for the restaurant.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess prior General Manager experience at busy establishments, especially within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
