RC Management, LLC operates multiple McDonald's locations throughout Maine as an independent franchise. We are actively seeking seasoned McDonald's General Managers to join our leadership team in Gardiner, ME.
Position Summary
The General Manager is accountable for operating a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s stringent standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with leadership to define achievable restaurant objectives and implementing strategies to meet them.
Leadership Responsibilities
Leading a team of Department Managers dedicated to key areas—People, Kitchen, and Guest Services—is essential. The General Manager assists these managers in setting targets, tracking their progress, and coaching them to improve performance. Additionally, responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess prior General Manager experience, particularly managing high-volume establishments. Experience within quick service restaurants is highly preferred, with hospitality or retail backgrounds also considered valuable.
