Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified General Manager to lead a McDonald’s location in High Point, NC, supervising a team of over 40 crew and management members with a focus on driving profitable store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure profitability through effective cash management and profit and loss control.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, manage labor scheduling, analyze financial performance, and implement corrective strategies as needed.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop a strong, diverse team of employees and managers.
- Conduct performance reviews to support employee growth.
- Uphold McDonald’s brand standards alongside company policies and ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ management experience running high-volume restaurant locations, with McDonald’s experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work around restaurant operational hours, which spans 363 days per year.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Applicants will undergo a background check.
