About the Role
This position is offered by an independent franchisee operating a restaurant licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee operates as a distinct entity from McDonald's USA and holds sole responsibility for all employment-related matters including hiring, supervision, and employee scheduling.
As a General Manager, you will oversee a successful restaurant ensuring it complies with McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will collaborate with leadership to establish and pursue strategic goals and guide a team of Department Managers to meet those objectives. This is a leadership role focused on coaching and development to drive departmental and restaurant-wide performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties include setting and tracking restaurant goals, mentoring Department Managers, and fostering their professional growth, including hiring and developing management staff to maintain a strong leadership pipeline. The role demands commitment to operational excellence and team leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals with previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to manage a corporate-owned establishment.
