Role Summary and Responsibilities
The General Manager is accountable for managing a profitable restaurant operation while ensuring adherence to McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership role involves setting strategic goals with guidance from senior management and devising plans to meet these objectives.
Leadership of Department Managers is crucial — supporting goal setting, tracking progress, coaching, and directing to enhance departmental and overall restaurant performance. Additionally, this role includes hiring and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for sustained success.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess prior experience as a General Manager managing high-volume establishments. Experience in quick service restaurants is highly preferred, while backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also valuable.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually. Benefits include:
