Overview
The General Manager serves as the leader of the restaurant, playing a critical role in driving the success of an individual franchise location. This role emphasizes achieving sales objectives, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager efficiently utilizes established systems and processes to optimize profitability, deliver excellent guest satisfaction, and foster team development within the restaurant. This position directly reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in a management role
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in quick service restaurant operations is mandatory
- A valid driver's license is required
