Key Responsibilities

• Oversee profitable restaurant operations ensuring compliance with McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and pursue restaurant goals by devising actionable plans.
• Lead and mentor Department Managers by setting department goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to enhance each department's performance.
• Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future leadership team for the restaurant.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a General Manager managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or quick service restaurant management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
• Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or higher qualifications.
• Exceptional communication skills essential for this role.

Additional Information and Benefits

The Gillis Organization offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range between $58,000 and $85,000, depending on experience and location volume. Eligible candidates may also receive monthly bonuses of up to $1,000 based on performance metrics.
