Shift Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the shift ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
• Lead and support the crew and fellow managers to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor shift activities, address performance issues, and uphold safety and security procedures.
• Communicate effectively with subsequent shift managers to ensure seamless transition and continuity.
• Help meet department goals and drive profitability during shifts.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to optimize operations.
• Conduct training sessions and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old per management position requirements.
