General Manager

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Manager to join our management team at a high-volume McDonald's location in Anoka, MN. This role involves overseeing restaurant operations to ensure profitability while upholding stringent standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. As a General Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Department Managers and play a key role in recruiting, coaching, and developing management staff to foster a successful, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve financial and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set actionable goals for the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Department Managers by setting departmental targets and monitoring progress.
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to improve team and departmental performance.
• Recruit, hire, and train Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in restaurant or customer service, preferably within quick service, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
