Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to Department Managers to help them establish and achieve departmental goals.

- Manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain a competent leadership team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience as a General Manager overseeing high-volume operations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
