This opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise in Eastlake, OH, not directly with McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license for McDonald's branding and products but operates as a separate company and employer. Employment decisions, including hiring and supervision, are solely managed by the franchisee.

Job Overview
The General Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure the restaurant runs profitably while maintaining McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with site leadership to establish restaurant goals and build actionable plans to achieve them. Leadership extends beyond your role to supporting Department Managers by helping set their targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance, which ultimately improves the entire business.
Hiring, training, and developing managerial staff including Department and Shift Managers also fall under your scope to ensure a strong and capable team leading the restaurant.
