Role Overview

The General Manager leads a high-volume restaurant to achieve profitability while maintaining McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This involves collaborating with leadership to set goals and developing strategies to meet them.

You will oversee a team of Department Managers, guiding and coaching them to meet their targets and improve their areas, thereby enhancing overall restaurant performance. Responsibilities may also include recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to strengthen the leadership team.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a General Manager managing busy locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial roles within corporate-owned outlets.
