Job Responsibilities
- Operate truck-mounted and portable pumps to extract water
- Support demolition of irreparable building materials
- Set up drying equipment following established protocols
- Monitor and adjust drying processes and equipment as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency responses
Candidate Requirements
- Clean criminal record
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving abstract
- Experience maneuvering panel vans and cube trucks
- Physical capability to lift industrial fans weighing 30-40 lbs
- Ability to load and unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers weighing 75-100 lbs
- Familiarity with construction and basic building materials
- Safe handling and operation of power and hand tools
- Additional experience in custodial duties, pressure washing, or carpet cleaning is advantageous
