Role Overview

The Assembly Line General Laborer is tasked with producing high-quality products by adhering to specifications and drawings on the assembly line. You will perform repetitive tasks at various workstations, contributing to the product's completion from start to finish.

Primary Duties

• Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Engage in general labor and elemental tasks as needed.
• Operate manual chop saws, pneumatic tools, and hand tools to assemble products.
• Perform repetitive physical movements including bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Interpret production documents and drawings accurately to select and apply correct parts during assembly.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and proficient English comprehension for assembly instructions.
• Use forklifts, lift trucks, and electric pallet jacks as required.
• Inspect the quality of assembled work to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain 5S organization and cleanliness at the workstation.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to follow basic work instructions diligently.
