Role Summary

We are inviting applications for the full-time position of Mechanical Assembler. The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, detail orientation, and a team-player attitude, while also being comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations during and after shifts.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines strictly.
• Assemble components aligned with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Complete assigned production orders efficiently with quality and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve production issues through troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Implement lockout/tagout procedures when equipment is inactive.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with proficiency using hand tools.
• Capacity to understand work orders and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics.
• Competence in safe manual handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
