General Internal Medicine Consultant

Job Overview

The General Internal Medicine Consultant is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities within FCMS, ensuring adherence to standards set by accreditation agencies. This role involves managing academic and administrative quality processes and spearheading improvement initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise academic and administrative workflows at FCMS, identifying priorities for quality enhancements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and control programs across various organizational levels.
• Create quality guidelines and organize training workshops for both staff and students.
• Lead the execution of quality improvement projects and monitor their progress.
• Analyze performance indicator reports and strategize on improvement methods.
• Oversee the deployment of the Quality Strategic Plan, providing regular progress updates and advice.
• Offer recommendations for performance improvements in line with established standards.
• Monitor the functioning of the Quality Management System and communicate outcomes effectively.
• Report quality assurance activities at FCMS to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executives to guide quality enhancement projects.
• Perform any other duties pertinent to the role.

Experience
