About the Role
This position is for a General Manager role at a restaurant licensed by an independent franchisee using McDonald's branding. The franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA, handling all employment and operational matters independently. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering aggressive compensation with family-run organizational values.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of at least $65,000 annually, with potential for monthly bonuses depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurant operates profitably while meeting McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and devise strategies to achieve them.
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers by facilitating goal setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants preferred.
- Background in hospitality or retail sectors is also valued.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management roles in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
