Gelato Maker - Full Time Position with Flexible Hours

About the Role

Gino's Gelato, a flourishing nationwide gelato chain located in Wilton Shopping Centre, County Cork, is hiring a Gelato Maker for a full-time role working 25+ hours per week. The company prides itself on its growth and values providing a friendly and enjoyable workplace for its employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with customers to exceed their service expectations.
• Prepare and produce fresh gelato daily following company recipes and standards.
• Manage stock levels and place orders to maintain inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
• Adhere consistently to company policies, particularly HACCP and Food Safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction and creative presentation. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates residing locally to the store.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary package ranging from €14.15 to €14.75 per hour. The company fosters a positive atmosphere and values every team member’s contribution.
