Job description
Overview
PibyThree is seeking a skilled GCP Cloud Engineer with over 3.5 years of experience, specializing in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes (GKE), networking, DevOps, and cloud security. The role is based in Mumbai and requires a thorough understanding of designing, deploying, and managing Google Cloud environments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for deployment, scaling, networking, and problem resolution.
- Manage GCP networking components such as VPC, subnets, IAM policies, firewalls, VPNs, and routing while applying Landing Zone strategies.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud architecture.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform as Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement security best practices and embed DevSecOps within the cloud environment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud workloads and infrastructure for optimal performance.
Required Expertise
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud infrastructure design.
- Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes and GKE operations.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, including Landing Zone concepts.
- Experience in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD processes, and IaC tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge in cloud security frameworks and cost management strategies.

This is a full-time position located onsite in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
