Role Overview
We are seeking a Gardening Supervisor with substantial experience in landscaping and gardening, including leadership in team settings. This role demands strong expertise in plant care, soil dynamics, and pest management, along with the capability to work outdoors across diverse weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of practical experience in landscaping or gardening activities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 1 year in supervisory or management roles within gardening teams.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; certificates, diplomas, or degrees related to horticulture or agriculture are advantageous.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of plant maintenance practices, soil treatment, and pest control techniques.
- Be physically capable and adaptable to work outdoors in varied weather environments.
