Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

D C Industries is looking for a skilled and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all daily warehouse activities. This role requires a graduate with a minimum of three years managing warehouse or inventory operations. Candidates must be proficient in English communication and familiar with SAP systems for inventory and warehouse management processes.

Key Duties

• Manage and supervise daily operations within the warehouse environment.
• Ensure precise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods and materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records using SAP software.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and periodic inventory checks.
• Prepare various warehouse reports and management information system (MIS) documents via SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics departments.
• Oversee the documentation and monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Enforce warehouse policies, safety rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members.
• Optimize material handling, storage solutions, and warehouse maintenance.
• Coordinate activities with transportation providers and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, particularly inventory, warehouse, and material management modules.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Competency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
