About the Role
D C Industries is looking for a skilled and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all daily warehouse activities. This role requires a graduate with a minimum of three years managing warehouse or inventory operations. Candidates must be proficient in English communication and familiar with SAP systems for inventory and warehouse management processes.
Key Duties
- Manage and supervise daily operations within the warehouse environment.
- Ensure precise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods and materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and records using SAP software.
- Conduct stock reconciliations and periodic inventory checks.
- Prepare various warehouse reports and management information system (MIS) documents via SAP and Excel.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics departments.
- Oversee the documentation and monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Enforce warehouse policies, safety rules, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members.
- Optimize material handling, storage solutions, and warehouse maintenance.
- Coordinate activities with transportation providers and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
- Practical knowledge of SAP, particularly inventory, warehouse, and material management modules.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Competency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Experience with inventory planning and stock control techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation, reporting procedures.
