Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become the UAE's first integrated resort, scheduled to open in 2027. Located in Ras Al Khaimah, approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the resort will comprise 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining outlets, lounges, bars, a theater, a beach club, several pools, a luxury spa and salon, a shopping promenade, and a venue for events and celebrations.

Position Overview

We are looking for Gaming Staff to be part of the Table Games Operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the precise management of table games following the regulations set by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and the resort's own gaming policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute playing cards, manage bet collections and payouts with accuracy.
• Adhere to the specific rules and procedures for games like Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other approved games.
• Comply with Wynn’s policies and GCGRA guidelines to maintain game integrity.
• Participate actively in department meetings and communicate vital information.
• Engage in promotional activities on the gaming floor.
• Notify management about chip fills and credit requirements based on business flow.
• Maintain vigilance, reporting any suspicious behavior, special requests, or disputes to supervisors.
• Be knowledgeable about all resort amenities and services.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by Gaming Management.
• Welcome players warmly and professionally.
• Conduct games with the highest level of professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond adeptly to player needs.
• Clarify game rules when requested by players.
• Effectively handle player requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships and rapport with players.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma; formal dealer or gaming specialist certification is preferred.
• Prior experience as a table games dealer or gaming specialist is advantageous.
• Hospitality or customer service background is a plus.
• Conversational proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong grasp of table game rules and procedures; training is available if necessary.
• Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• Strong mathematical ability is crucial.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Capacity to remain calm and attentive in fast-paced conditions.
• Team player, flexible to changing business needs.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24-hour operation.
• Comfortable working in a smoking environment.
