Position Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance culture that guarantees outstanding customer experiences across our stores. Your duties will span multiple areas from front-end customer engagement to back-of-house operations.

• Assist in various store functions including customer interaction and operational support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Help enhance the JB Hi-Fi brand presence by merchandising products on the sales floor attractively.
• Support efficient stock handling and processing following store receiving guidelines.
