Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Personal Shopper for our Mayfield store in Edmonton, Alberta. Candidates must be fully available to work full-time hours, including overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to both customers and colleagues by going the extra mile
- Operate cash registers and efficiently bag groceries for customers
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product selections
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing departments
- Ensure only fresh products are presented for sale
- Address customer service inquiries courteously to foster positive experiences
- Clean equipment and work areas thoroughly to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Use various tools safely, including knives, during work duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and readiness to exceed expectations
- Prior retail customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
