Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Grocery Manager for our Trinity Hills store in Calgary, Alberta, who can commit to full-time hours. This role involves active participation in daily grocery operations and leading by example to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support fellow team members.
• Operate cash registers and assist with grocery bagging duties.
• Provide customers with informative product knowledge.
• Maintain stocked and attractively presented departments.
• Ensure all displayed products are fresh and of high quality.
• Address customer queries promptly to create a positive shopping experience.
• Keep equipment and workspace clean to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate assorted equipment safely, including knives.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Genuine enthusiasm for quality food and delivering excellent customer service.
• A proactive, can-do attitude supported by a strong work ethic.
• Integrity and eagerness to exceed expectations.
• Previous retail customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
