Full-Time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are actively seeking dedicated full-time Merchandisers to join a dynamic company owning well-known retail brands such as Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian snacks. This role involves making sure that our products are consistently available and attractively presented in retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Keep company brands well-stocked and prominently featured in designated retail locations
• Merchandise products properly and rotate stock to ensure freshness
• Create and sustain eye-catching product displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster solid relationships with store employees
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members

Requirements

• Previous grocery industry experience is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are mandatory
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capability to safely lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and use equipment for moving frozen goods
• Possession of a smartphone compatible with company technology
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $16
• Work schedule: Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
