About the Role

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay is $20 per hour
• Work schedule includes Thursday through Monday
• Paid vacation provided
• Mileage reimbursement available

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product availability by stocking and rotating company-brand items on store shelves
• Construct and upkeep product displays to enhance visibility
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with store staff
• Communicate efficiently with team members and coworkers

Qualifications

• Experience working in grocery or retail merchandising environments preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of safely lifting 35 pounds and handling frozen goods using proper equipment
• Have access to a smartphone capable of supporting company technology
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
